The Dale Shelter is an ideal base for camping events, when you need a little bit of a back up from indoor accommodation, or somewhere to meet if the British Weather takes advantage.

The Dale Shelter has bunk beds to sleep 16. These bunks are all located in the only room in the Dale Shelter, so are only suitable for a single sex group of participants inside.

The Dale Shelter has a three sided addition to the building and this has a large table suitable for gas cookers, as you will need to provide your own cooking equipment.
The Dale Shelter does not have any cooking utensils, or kitchen equipment (ie. cookers, fridges, kettle).

The Dale Shelter has one single toilet and three hand basins.

The Dale Shelter is automatically booked in conjunction with a camping pitch directly outside based on 25 to 30 campers, but not either of the dining shelters in the vicinity.
Please also be aware that the outdoor fire place behind the Jubilee Drive Gate is part of the camping pitch called Woodpeckers shelter, and this should be booked separately.

The Dale Shelter is perfect for use for day visits, as a base to store bags, eat lunches and get together for checks etc.
