The fees are charged in three categories.

Divisional Scouts - All scouts from Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Division pay these prices.

Scouts and Guides - Any Scouts and Guides from any district, county or Country pay these prices.

Other Organisations - Kibblestone is open to Youth Organisations including schools, youth groups, and clubs. Organisations that are not part of the Scout or Guide Movements will be asked to provide the following documentation before a booking will be accepted. Child Protection Policy, Insurance Certificates, Organisation Constitution or Mission Statement and the age range of attendees and a proposed programme.
