The fees are charged in four categories.
- Divisional Scouts - All scouts from Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Division pay these prices.
- Scouts - Any Scouts from any district, county or Country pay these prices.
- Guides - Guides from any district, county or Country pay these prices.
- Other youth Organisations - Kibblestone is open to Youth Organisations including schools, youth groups, and clubs.
- Corporate / Adult Groups - Kibblestone is open to Youth Organisations including schools, youth groups, and clubs.
Please be aware that any booking that involves participants being onsite after 5pm (with the exception of overnight stays, for example, evening activity visits or pre-event tent pitching) will incurr an evening admin charge, made per hour. The current rate for this charge can be found on the fees page relevant to your group type (ie. Division, Scout, Guide, Youth or Corporate)
Organisations that are not part of the Scout or Guide Movements will be asked to provide the following documentation before a booking will be accepted. Child Protection Policy, Insurance Certificates, Organisation Constitution or Mission Statement and the age range of attendees and a proposed programme.
Please make cheques payable to Kibblestone International Scout Camp. Credit and Debit Cards may be taken as payment for deposits and for camp fees.
