When making a booking over the internet, the booking is a request until it is confirmed by return email from the site.

Provisional bookings are not taken by the site at any time, bookings must be followed, as soon as practicable by a deposit for 24 hours fee (in the case of a building) or £20 per camping pitch. If a deposit is not received within 28 days of the booking being made, bookings may be cancelled, with notice where appropriate contact details have been provided.

Deposits can be taken over the phone with a credit or debit card.

A booking form should be completed (without fail) and returned by either post or email. Download this booking form and forward to Kibblestone at

When events take place after 5pm (with the exception of overnight stays) an evening administration fee will be charged per hour. Please see the full terms here. Current price for this charge can be found on the price list appropriate to your groups status (ie. Division, Scout, Guide, Youth or Corporate).
