Canine celebrity visits Kibblestone

We held our annual Beaver and Rainbow fun day in September and this year it had a emergency services theme. Activities on offer this year included themed biscuits, the Fireman Kibble challenge course, basic First Aid and Cops & Robbers cave chase.

PCSOs Megan and Sarah showed everyone around their van and explained all about the equipment they use. The Beavers explored the van – luckily they were all let out at the end!

Your Animal Kingdom brought a variety of interesting animals to teach everyone about animal care, and the highlight of the day was a visit from PC Tim and PD Cooper! PD Cooper is the first Staffordshire Bull terrier police dog, and even has his own twitter account!
