Volunteers are the lifeblood of our charity. As well as the fantastic team that help us with activities, operations, maintenance and a thousand and one other tasks, we need some key people to drive forward areas of work. Could that be you?

We are currently recruiting for the following Team Leaders. For more information, please contact volunteer@kibblestone.org

Volunteering Development – To work in partnership with the District Lead Volunteer to make Kibblestone a great place to volunteer. This includes the recruitment, development, retention and motivation of the volunteer team.

Funding – To actively pursue funding opportunities from grants, awards, charities, legacies and philanthropy for the development and operation of the site.

Marketing – To develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximise the occupancy of the site and facilities covering scouting, other youth groups and commercial use. To identify and implement other commercial opportunities leveraging our assets.

Sustainability & Renewables – To lead the development of Kibblestone as a sustainable site including energy use, energy sources and recycling. To define a carbon strategy.

Engagement – To manage and grow our engagement with alumni, supporters and benefactors. To manage the “Friends of Kibblestone” and engage with our wider stakeholders and communities.

Education – To research, understand and develop our product proposition to schools and colleges and work with Team Leader Marketing and others to grow our presence in this market

Centenary – To lead and co-ordinate activities surrounding the 2027 Centenary including Celebration, Engagement and Development.

Property Management – To manage the commercial property portfolio.

Eco-management – To lead a strategy for the management and showcasing of our green environment. To help use the natural legacies we have to better deliver our objectives.

Heritage – To manage heritage material and archives for the site and find ways to leverage our history to enhance our tomorrows.

Digital Media – To develop our digital marketing skills, enhancing our communication to customers, prospects, volunteers and supporters through social media and web site.
